ToolBox activation refused

Since I upgraded to Parallel Desktop 15 (with a permanent license), my Parallel Toolbox stopped working. Trying to reactivate it (using the PD15 license) does not work message: your product key has expired !!
How can I bring Toolbox to work again ?

We would like to inform you that with a perpetual Parallels Desktop1 15 for Mac license you get a three-month subscription for Parallels Toolbox for Mac and Windows. Also you can use your Parallels Desktop 14 key to activate your Parallels Toolbox copy, it allows 1-year Toolbox subscription (But please note that Parallels Toolbox is valid for the duration of your subscription.)
