Hello, I have started to have issue with Toolbox. When I click the Toolbox icon in the top menu bar nothing happens. I can't start any tool. I have tried to uninstall and then install back couple of times. It starts to work fine right after re-installation then stops to work after a while again. The icon become highlighted but no drop down menu with tools. Any idea why can it happen and how to fix it? Toolbox version 3.8.1-2969. macOs version 10.15.3 (19D76).
Actually it works if to start from the Application folder. The same as in the "Toolbox Windows Not Appearing on Icon Click" thread.
Toolbox restart helps. The window can be seeing after restart. But after some time the icon become unresponsive again.

Hello, we're continue working on this issue but there is more convenient workaround: - Open System Preferences application -> Users & Group -> Login Items tab - Uncheck 'Hide' checkbox for Parallels Toolbox, see the picture below. After this you can open Parallels Toolbox normally even after restart macOS.
