Toolbox won't accept my desktop subscription activation key

    I've recently moved everything onto a new MacBook pro. Parallels Desktop is working fine, but Toolbox rejects my key (which works on Desktop) saying that it is in use on another account. I have removed both apps from my old machine.

    Are you trying to activate your Parallels Toolbox with the key that starts with B7728T-.....-..... ?

    Hi
    Yes. This is the only key I've been given.
    When Desktop was installed on my previous machine I think Toolbox installed automatically without the need for a key.
     
  4. Do you still have an issue that your key has been used on another account?
    Could you share the screenshot of the issue please?

    Transfer it to where?
    That is my subscription account and the licence key is working for parallels desktop. Surely it should also work for parallels toolbox?
