Transfer License / Sell License

i just purchase new key and want to transfer (sell ) my old key. how can i delete this key from my account. or the new buyer can just activate this with key?

I want to sell my permanent license for Parallels Desktop 19 Standard.
Standard support documentation doesn't help.
