Please is there a difference between the rosetta 2 dynamic binary translator on m1 macs used to run arm x64 apps and the x64 emulator for windows 11 on arm used to run x64 apps as I am trying to figure out why some x64 windows apps don't run well on parallels desktop for mac. I believe the difference betweenn a translator and an emulator is that an emulator acts like a software host whereas a translator translates the commands making a translator have better performance and an emulator supporting more.
