Transparent Windows - How?

I think you can see it as "Windows Sidebar" on your Vista.

If you want to know how to make a transparent window on Windows, you need to learn about it on the other place.
 
I think it's cuz I don't have a Windows Experience Rating....but when I try to run it...it fails...."Could not complete Assessment". Trying to reboot, etc....and checking logs now....
 
Anyone have any ideas after reading through the WinSat logs below?

Are you sure that isn't just the transparent window support of coherence applications in Exposé. I get similar transparent coherence application windows when I use Exposé features.

Did you ever resolve the source of your problem? I'm having exactly the same issue with Win 7. Thnx.
