I am not sure if this question belongs here. But can I use the Parallels transporter agent 18 for Parallels desktop 19?

Because when I do I get the message 'some of the components required for migration are missing"

You can install Parallels Transporter agent v18 on your Windows PC but you won't be able to migrate the computer to Parallels Desktop 19 since the code has been removed from this version. You can install Parallels Desktop 18 and migrate the computer to a VM this way.
