Transporter converts but Windows has to be activated

Hi there:

I use Virtual images from Microsoft as I am a MCP and MS Partner. A recent Virtual PC vhd I converted with transporter forces me to re-activate windows. My license to use the MS vhd explicitly prohibits activating this particular windows license, so I cannot do that. Therefore, I cannot even log into windows on the half-converted parallels image. I say half-converted because the conversion process requires to log in to install parallel tools and this never gets to happen.

I then tried to run VPC within my win7-on-parallels system, and I ran into the problem some others have: VirtualPC refuses to run under parallels.

Any ideas?
