Travel Mode causes Win 10 VM to become unresponsive.

When I enter Travel Mode on Parallels v12 my Windows 10 VM becomes unresponsive. No keyboard or mouse inputs are detected. At this point all I can do is reboot the VM via the Parallels menu. I uninstalled then reinstalled Parallels Tools but it made no difference. The VM is Windows 10 Pro version 14986.001 (64bit). Parallels version is 12.1.3

Hi, could you please generate the Problem report using this KB article?
Please generate report once the VM became unresponsive and reply us back with the report ID
