When my trial is over, does Parallels 13 revert back to my Parallels 12 that I had installed when I installed the trial version?

I have a similar situation. PD 13 trial version has stopped working today.
How do I revert to PD 12 without any loss of data and my to Windows 10 Pro license installed?
