Trial - I need support please

    So what happened is that I recently brought a new MacBook Pro M1, and when I clicked on Try free for 14 days, it said "We cannot offer you a new trial because a trial period has already been requested from this Mac. The previous trial has expired.". I was using the original owner's account that time, and when I created my own account and tried it again, the same problem happened!!!

    I've registered a 15-day Parallels Desktop Pro license under your account to let you test Parallels Desktop 17. Please use it to activate Parallels Desktop. You can find it at https://my.parallels.com/ .

    Hello Stephen,
    Thank you for your post. In this case, I'd advise you to purchase a license. Each license has a 30-day refund period when you can request to arrange it for any reason. This way the 'test period' is 30 days:)
