Trial User - How can I install Big Sur as guest on Big Sur Host?

Hi there folks. I just downloaded the v17 trial and I am baffled as I cannot seem to find a way to install Big Sur as a guest on my M1. I was able to install Win11 ARM Preview fine but there is no option to install Big Sur from recovery partition nor does manual install access the Install Big Sur.app file. How do I install Big Sur on version 17 on M1? Thanks.

You can't. The first macOS that works with Parallels is Monterey (and only if the host is also Monterey)..

Had a feeling someone would say that. Why though? If Big Sur is M1 supported why can't it run on Parallels 17? Not sure if you know or not just doesn't make any sense to me. Thanks for your reply.
