Tricky one...Help? Problem solvers needed

Ok I have been working on this for 3 days straight and would love someones help. Its tricky. I keep trying to open vmware player, which it opens but then i double click on a machine (program) i get the error....

Error while powering on: Unable to open file "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\vmware-4.5\vmware\Eclipsys XA 4.5\SXxxxxP1_Image.vmdk": Insufficient permission to access file.

Can anyone work with me on this...???
 
I think you are very confused.
No, we can't because this is a Parallels and not a VMWare forum (different companies).
