Tried Parallels 13 from 12 version

Hi all,
I've tried the new version of parallels desktop 13 onto my old licensed 12 Version.
Now, I'm not able to use none of them.
The system ask me to upgrade to the paid version and nothing else.
What can I do in order to retrieve the licensed version?

Hi @Serge4 , you would have installed Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac which cannot be activated using Parallels Desktop for Mac 12 license, that is the reason we installed Parallels Desktop for Mac version 12.
