trouble installing Parallels 14 with new macbook air

My virtual machine on Windows 10 is not booting correctly and states I do not have an operating system

Hi, did you have any error message during booting your Windows vm? Did you try reinstall Windows? You can also check this KB for more info https://kb.parallels.com/112940
