Trouble Saving from VM to MAC

Hi,

I'm running MS Work 2007 in Windows 7 on my virtual machine. When I try to save the file I'm working on to my documents folder on the MAC (identified as a network drive called HOME within windows) the entire VM freezes and I basically have to brute force restart my MAC (I'm talking about taking the power cord out of the back - yes, i know that is horrible :) but it's the only way to break the cycle that I've found) to get the thing to reboot. Has anyone else had similar problems? Any suggestions?
 
First of all if you VM is freezing at any point - you ca force shut down the VIrtual Machine only but not the whole Mac. Open Activity Monitor and Force quit the pro_vm_app process.
Second - regarding you issue - i suggest you to reinstall Parallels Tools from the Virtual Machine menu --> Reinstall parallels Tools. This might be the issue with PSF driver.
