Trouble with activation

I am informed my activation has succeeded, but when I try to install a windows ISO I get a box telling me to enter key from previous version.
After I do so, nothing happens

Hello David,
It looks like you have purchased an upgrade key.
Upgrade keys can be used to upgrade from previous versions of the software, hence they require the license key for one of the older versions.
In your case, you do not have a previous key.
We can perform a refund, and then you can purchase a full key here.

Hello, I have a problem, when I activate version 17 of parallels Desktop, I use the activation code for the corresponding version. The software also asked me to use the activation key of the old version and I used that. But it reported an error: The old activation key has not been accepted by the licence server!

Hello, I have a problem, I updated my parallels and now I get this message "Unable to verify the license signature." I've tried a few different things and nothing.
