Trouble with Parallel Tools installing when upgrading to 9

I cannot get the tools to upgrade. Just get an error message and tells me to reboot. Now every time i open parallels the tools installation box tries to run and then stops and gives me same message. How do I uninstall this partial tools app or revert back to previous version of parallels desktop for Mac.

Please reinstall Parallels Tools as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/8969
