Trying to create Windows 10 USB install drive in PD13

As in the title. I've searched, and all items I find in the forum are in the opposite direction.

I have a dead hard drive on my Windows 10 PCs. I have no access to a working PC to create a USB reinstall drive for Windows 10. When I try to create one in my Windows 10 virtual drive in PD13, on a MBP running Mohave 10.14.3, the process completes with an error, with multiple USB drives. Any clues in doing this? Urgent need, thanks!
 
I figured it out myself. I upgraded to PD14, reinstalled Parallels Tools as per usual, and all is working fine. I would have upgraded in any case since it was time, and I figured it was the fastest solution to try.

Not sure why I would have had issues with the old software, so would still be good to hear from others who understand Parallels better than I do.
