So I've brought back to life a 2006 MBP running El Captain perfectly, and I have a license for PD V10 from way back when, but when I go to install the PD V10 download and enter the serial # from the website here, it says:

You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key (http://www.parallels.com/eula). Please purchase a new product license.

Well, it's not being used anywhere anymore, so who do I have to contact to resolve this one? Thx!!!

Hi @Jigs Gaton, we have made few changes in the key settings. Please reactivate with the same license key and If the issue persists, please open Terminal end execute this command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online and let us know how it works. Thanks!
