Trying to move Parallels 11 install from one Mac to another

...I have signed out of original Mac.
On new Mac I enter the license ket and it shows a green check.
I click 'activate'. Then I get a window that says 'license is already in use' and I click 'Activate on this Mac.' Then it says I have reached the maximum amount of installs and need to buy it..... but I have already signed out of the only other computer I use it on....
I need some help and can't even find a phone number to call....

Hi ScottL1, we have made few changes in the key settings, please restart Parallels Desktop and reactivate with the same license key and let us know how it works.
