Trying to Re-install Windows... screen resolution wrong

How can I change screen resolution during Windows installation?
Nothing I have tried works...
Consequently I cannot finish the Windows installation - clicking the slightly visible Next button doesn't work as some other settings on the install options is not able to be set.

solution is

go to the top of the screen ACTIOIN > REST do this 3 time. then you boot into a windows blue screen hit advanced and boot the system into safe mode there you can change resolution FIXED
