TurboTax Business Won't install...

Hey...

I'm trying to install TTBusiness onto PDv10.4. I just installed Windows 7 Ultimate (with service pack 1) and the installed tells me the OS is not supported.

Any ideas? Thanks!

 

Hi Michael, please check with the software vendor if the software is compatible with Windows 7 and if the software is supported to work in virtualized environment . If it is compatible, please isolate your Windows and Mac ( http://kb.parallels.com/112942 ) and try installaling the application once again in Windows and let us know how it goes.

It is supported. When installing, it already asks for 7, 8 or 10 - I have 7 installed. I've tried reinstalling OS. No luck. Have moved on to downloading W10.

 

BTW - just tried isolating while waiting for my W10 download, and ... no luck.

 

We would like to know the installation media you are using to install Turbo Tax. Is it a disk or an executable file?
