Thank you for your feedback.
If you want to record video without sound, you can use the Mute Microphone tool in Parallels Toolbox.
This tool is used to mute your computer's microphone to prevent unauthorized listening by other apps.

For turning off the capture area; capture screen; capture window, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to Applications Folder > Parallels Toolbox > Right Click and Show Package Contents > Contents > Applications
2. Either move or delete the 3 apps (capture area; capture screen; capture window) from that location
3. Restart Parallels Toolbox
