Hi everybody,
I am quite new to Paralles. I have a question about networking setting:
As Parallels says that up to 16 network interfaces are supported. By default, the network configure type is "Shared Network", and when I log in the guest OS(Suse Linux) and execute the command:
ifconfig
I saw that there was only one Ethernet:
eth0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:1C:42:FE:5B:A3
inet addr:10.211.55.5 Bcast:10.211.55.255 Mask:255.255.255.0
inet6 addr: fe80::21c:42ff:fefe:5ba3/64 Scope:Link
UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
RX packets:13995 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
TX packets:9718 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000
RX bytes:17961677 (17.1 Mb) TX bytes:773916 (755.7 Kb)
Interrupt:10 Base address:0x8200
lo Link encap:Local Loopback
inet addr:127.0.0.1 Mask:255.0.0.0
inet6 addr: ::1/128 Scope:Host
UP LOOPBACK RUNNING MTU:16436 Metric:1
RX packets:190 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
TX packets:190 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
collisions:0 txqueuelen:0
RX bytes:14938 (14.5 Kb) TX bytes:14938 (14.5 Kb)
How can I have two Ethernet within one guest OS? Thanks!
