    Hi,
any ideas why Coherence is failing for Ubuntu 17.04?
http://kb.parallels.com/de/111510 doesn't solve it either, due to missing package "In Ubuntu 14.04, install gnome-session-flashback package from the Ubuntu Software Center"

    Regards,
    LS

Coherence should work in Ubuntu 17.04 under Parallels Desktop 12.2.1.

    Hi,
'should work' but it does not in my case, what more can I report?
I installed a fresh Ubuntu 17.04 and run 12.2.1 Parallels.
    Regards

Did you install Parallels Tools inside the guest?

Tools is installed (tried re-installing) and it does not work (same error as LS).
    Suggestions?

I have raised this in a support request and been advised that 17.04 is not yet supported by Parallels. I was referred to the list of supported guest OS versions here: http://kb.parallels.com/en/123893
