Ubuntu Server on M1 Pro 14"?

Hi, so just brought Parallels to run Ubuntu server. The version from the Parallels installer works great but it's a Desktop version which I don't need. Silly question but does the same exist for Server version or what would the steps be? I tried to download the Arm ISO and load it manually but failed on boot. Thanks
