UID 0 - parralles claims that two users with that uid exist. Can't install version 13.

    Got error like described here :
    https://kb.parallels.com/eu/122763

    but users with UID 0 are only:
    dscl . -list /Users UniqueID
    / 0
    root 0

    Mac version: 10.13.5 (17F77)
    Was trying to install parralles 13. Version 11 is running without issues.
