Unable to access disk image

I'm trying to install an application to Windows using an ISO disk image. When double-clicking the image file in OSX, it mounts fine and I can see all of the files. But when I connect the image in Parallels (while running Windows) and click on the CD drive, I get the following error window:

DISK IS NOT FORMATTED
Windows cannot read from this disk. The disk might be corrupted, or it could be using a format that is not compatible with Windows.

Any thoughts as to why Windows is unable to open this?

No, that's not it. Just out of curiosity, I made 2 .iso image files from TaxCut Pro and MS Office 2003 (Win) - using Toast. The TaxCut image worked fine. But Office gave me the same error. So I downloaded Daemon Tools and loaded the same ISO file within Windows and it worked fine. That same ISO file also worked fine prior to upgrading to Parallels 3.0.
