"Unable to access \\Mac\Home\Desktop" notification

hello, i have mac OS X EL capitan and parallels 11 and windwos 10 .
recently i have " "Unable to access \\Mac\Home\Desktop" notification pop ups every time windows start and i can't access my mac desktop on windows desktop even i can't open new folder on windows desktop.
i tried : Open virtual machine configuration > switch to Options tab > Sharing tab >
1) Configure; then uncheck Desktop = it dosen't solve the problme.
2) Custom Folders > add Desktop file from mac = it dosen't solve the problme also .

any help please ???

Please try reinstalling Parallels Tools http://bit.ly/1cZWAa3 then observe how it works.
If the issue still persists, please follow the steps in the KB article.
Keep us posted the result.
 
yes it works :) i reinstalling Parallels Tools and it solve the problme now i have the access to my mac desktop.
