Unable to access shared Mac folders from within Parallels 8.0.18483 running Windows 7

I've been using this Parallels VM in Mountain Lion for quite awhile... when I went to bed last night it was working fine. Went to access the Downloads folder on my Mac this morning using the Parallels Shared Folders shortcut in Windows 7 and I get the following error message...



I've searched the web and the only possible fixes I've found involved reinstalling Parallels Tools which I've done several times with no change. My Parallels Sharing configuration is...



I'm at a complete loss here but really need this functionality. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
