Unable to activate after logic board change

Bit poster
I have had my iMac's logic board changed by Apple.
Afterwards I got this message when I try to activate my Parallels 11 again
"You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key (http://www.parallels.com/eula). Please purchase a new product license"
Please assist.
