Unable to activate key - No upgrade, this is existing license.

I started getting this prompt for no reason. I have been using 19 for a while and from no where started getting this prompt and it locked me out from using parallel.
Support on x.com are the worst i have ever seen.

Hope the community could support with the issue.

below error i get when i enter the existing key. registed with 19 version.
Tried reinstalling version 19 but the same issue.
