Unable to activate key

Installed Parallels 11 on a different computer.
Getting the following error when trying to activate with a pro licence key subscription

Unable to perform the operation.
The license server rejects it. Contact the Parallels support team for assistance.

Can someone please assist?

Hello PeterB4,
If you would like to use your Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac license on a new Mac, you should sign out of the account the license is registered under on the Mac you don't need anymore, please follow steps suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/123461
