Unable to activate my PD on my mac.

I installed a PD trial version and then decided to buy the full one.
I have the key of my product and every time I try to activate my PD, I can't, the "activate button" is not active.
Wrote the key twice and still the button remains inactive!
Please help!

Hi Oda,

I have checked your purchase and found that you have bought an upgrade. Parallels Desktop 11 can be upgraded from Parallels Desktop 9/10. You have two options you can pay the difference and buy a full version or get refund and buy full version.
