After following the guide KB123461 to remove the licence off my old Mac I can't seem to activate the licence on my new one since the licence has reached it's activation limit, can this be reset please?

  2. Hello, we've reset your license, please check.

If you are still unable to activate, Open Terminal on the Mac and execute this command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online

Note: Parallels Desktop 10 is not compatible with Sierra or newer macOS X versions.

Thank you both for the help, the terminal command fixed it. Oddly it does seem to be working fine on Catalina with my various virtual machines, thanks for the heads up on that though.

  5. Thank you for sharing your results, but please do not forget to create a backup copy of your VMs to keep your files save. (Because according to the compatibility issues any crash and critical issues may occur for no apparent reason)
