Unable to activate Parallels 10

    I had to rebuild an old MacBook and can't reactivate my copy of Parallels 10. I have the activation key (from Parallels website). The Activation screen allows, me to enter a code, takes me to a page with "Your ID", and requests I send my ID to activatepd@parallels.com. My email to activatepd@parallels.com bounces back
