Unable to activate Parallels Toolbox

Good day,

I'm unable to activate the Parallels toolbox. The error message is - This license key is associated with another Parallels account.

Any one can help to fix the issue? I have formatted the laptop and installed new MAC then it started with problem when I try to activate the toolbox.
