Unable to activate PD 10 on new computer

    Moved to a new MAC a couple months ago. Recently tried to open PD 10. Got a notice to update to 10.4.0. Proceeded with update. Tried to open 10.4.0 and got same message I have seen in other posts on this forum. "
    You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key (http://www.parallels.com/eula). Please purchase a new product license."
    Tried the suggestions of running terminal command to register online as well as the removal of the XML file. Same results.
     
  2. Hi, we've reset your Parallels Desktop license key, please check the activation.

    I've got the same problem with Parallels Desktop Mac 11. Please reset my license key!
