Unable to Activate - Upgrade from Fusion License

I just purchased Parallels Desktop 6 using the Upgrade from Fusion option at
http://www.parallels.com/products/desktop/vmwareoffer/
When I try to activate it using the activation key I received during the purchase I get prompted to enter a previous version key. The only other key I have is the trial license key which does not work.
Anyone else having this problem?
I did submit a support ticket.
 
Hello RadekP,

As far as we can see, you created a support request about an hour ago. One of the Customer Service representatives will provide with solution in that very ticket within several minutes.
 
Issue Resolved

Thank you very much.
Parallels Customer Support rectified the problem in a very short time by sending me a replacement key.
Time to uninstal Fusion 8-)
