Unable to add 2x connections for client machines

Dear Experts,

i had installed 2x Application server on windows server 2008 R2 enterprise edition machine. when i try to add 2x connection through 2x client on windows 7 machine i am getting the error. could you please tell me what is this error and what it the solution for this ? note that this windows 2008 R2 machine is member of domain.

my colleague installed 2x on domain controller. and instead of adding directly if we press find it will show his 2x Application server host name and i am able to add it but i am unable to add my 2x Application server. kindly help me

Bhaskar give us more info about the environment, to me it looks like firewall blocking the connections and ports not being allowed..
