Unable to boot window after using compressor

Today I used compressor on a window xp sp2 VM. Thanks god I follow the instruction on the compressor doc, I clone the VM run chkdsk.exe and run compressor in express mode. My window VM is on a expanding format, when it was finish I restart window but the start up stop and give me this message;
lsass.exe - Application Error
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000033), click on OK to terminate the application.
Do you have a suggestion?

I'm glad I clone the VM before doing it!

I run PD 4.3540.209168 on an Imac 2.8 mhz with 4 gb of ram, 1 gb is assign to the VM, the smart guard is not enable, If I check the package of the VM you have an empty snapshot folder and a file Snapshots.xml with this content; "<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<ParallelsSavedStates xmlns:xsi="" vm_uuid="" xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="" />"

I try to used the compressor because this VM is running regularly from the version 2.2 or 2.5 and the temp files use a lot of space.

If you want more details please ask.
 
My suggestion is as following:
1. Before compression copy that file to Mac OS side
2. After compression mount it while VM is not running and replace lsass.exe
3. If there are no errors, it means Compressor failure

2 days ago I have some free time, I decided to do the compression of my VM copy, this time it's work well, something probably get corrupt the first time.

I think it's important to always have a clone of your VM...
