bject: Unable to cancel subscription – No subscription visible in dashboard
Hello Parallels Support,
I received an email informing me that my Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition subscription will automatically renew on November 23, 2026, for EUR 119.99.
I do not want to renew this subscription.
Unfortunately, my account dashboard does not show any active subscriptions, so I cannot disable automatic renewal.
Additionally, email, phone and chat support are all unavailable in my account.
Please disable automatic renewal for my subscription and confirm that no further payment will be charged.
