I see this appears to be a common problem and CANNOT believe this is the only way to get in touch with someone. I have been trying to cancel my auto-renewal subscription to Parallels Desktop for Mac Standard (Student Edition) for YEARS now. I had originally signed up with my school email address so I could get the student discount. However, I have since graduated, and no longer have access to that inbox. But the password I had set up for Parallels account using that email is no longer valid. I cannot reset the password, because I no longer can access the email inbox. I haven't even received any purchase invoices for the past few years, so I don't even have an order number or reference number. I've tried looking for a customer service phone number, but the closest I came was a chat bot who told me someone would contact me at my new email address and then disconnected. I'm still waiting to be contacted but have heard nothing! This is a serious customer service failure and I can't believe it's this hard to cancel my subscription.
