Unable to change my Forum display name

Bit poster
My display name in the forums shows up as JamesC17, When I go to the page that should let me manage my account settings I'm told I don't have permission to view the page or make changes.

Parallels forum admin, please assist.

Sorry, I couldn't find a forum help topic in the forum so this is posted here. :(
