Unable to choose Win 10 "Pro"

Hello,
I previously downloaded an iso and installed Windows 10 Pro using Virtual Box.
When I switched to Parallels, I used the same iso file, however it will not allow me a choice of Win 10 or win 10 Pro. It only installs the Home version. The problem is that I already have a virtual license for Pro and activation will not work on Home.

I want Win 10 Pro, not Home. What am I missing?

Grabbed a diff iso and it gave me the option. Weird.
Not sure if it was the Anniversary or the creative.
