Unable to complete the operation

Every couple of days or so my XP session shuts down with this error message. I can correct the problem by following some of the instructions in the article it Problem ID 416 article it refers to, but I'd like to be able to prevent it from happening. Do you have any suggestions?

I am using build 8.0.18101
