Unable to confirm the product license.

    HI,

    I had to reinstall my system software, and now Parallels 10 is telling me that I have reached the maximum number of activations. Could you help me with this please?

  8. JESUS PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME ACTIVATE MY PRODUCT KEY - I GO THROUGH HOURS OF PASSWORD RESETS LINKED TO A KEY I PURCHASED AND I CANNOT BEGIN TO TELL YOU THE STRESS THIS IS CAUSING ME. NOTHING I TRY WORKS - THE KEY IS REGISTERED TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT EVEN THOUGH THE RESET LINK IS COMING TO MY REGISTERED EMAIL ADDRESS. IT CANT BE THIS HARD.

    HI, thanks for resetting the key, - however it isn't working. I have restarted the computer, and re-installed the software but still get the "max number of activations" message. I need to get some work done today and would really appreciate getting this cleared up. Thanks! Note that the above message is not from me!
