Unable to connect client via PXE boot.

I am receiving "PXE-76: Bad or missing multicast discovery address." when I attempt to connect. Checking the logging file of the 2X ApplicationServer XG (ver 10.1, build 1224) I am recording two errors. They are:

Warning 03/0000004A Tue Feb 07 16:15:32 2012 Failed to commit to database. Clearing runtime information.
Error 00/00000011 Tue Feb 07 16:15:33 2012 Connection to WCP-SERVER:20002 failed.

I was recording the following error:

Error 00/00000003 Mon Feb 06 15:05:30 2012 [RDP] TCP Bind 192.168.100.100:3389 (An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions. [0x0000271d]

but resolved it by changing the binding port to 8080 to avoid conflicts with Windows Server 2008 R2 (64 bit) Web Server.

Can you please check with the latest version 10.1.1227 if the same issue occurs or not

I've upgraded to version 10.1.1227, and I am still having the same problems. I am in the process of booting up from a CD to check the rest of the installation, but I do need to be able to boot from the network.
