Unable to connect to the parallels access server

    Hi,
    wanted to try Parallels Access, to connect from my work to my PC at home.
    Created an account for the 7-day try-out.

    I downloaded the Parallels Access Agent for Windows and installed it on my Windows 8.1 PC.
    When I try to sign in, the won't connect to the server, as it is "Unable to connect to the parallels Access server".
    There is no Firewall active on my Windows PC, nor in my LAN, so what could be the problem? Internet is no problem at all!

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Let us know the version of Parallels Access Agent installed on your PC.

    please provide us with the Parallels Access technical reports from both the mobile device and remote computer. Follow the instructions from the articles to generate the reports: Mobile device and Remote computer.
